2025 – 2026 Pasco eSchool SUP Plan
By June 2026, Pasco eSchool will increase student academic proficiency by 10% in ELA, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies (grades 3 – 10), as measured by the Florida Department of Education (FLDOE) school grading components.

- Analyze baseline state, district, and school assessment data to identify strengths and gaps in each subject area.
- Develop and implement monthly data cycles to monitor student progress and provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions.
- Strengthen Tier 1 virtual practices by examining the alignment of curriculum, instruction, and assessments in online coursework to Florida B.E.S.T. standards.
- Provide progress monitoring and virtual practices for professional learning on high-impact instructional strategies within an online/hybrid environment.
- Facilitate school-based PLCs to track proficiency trends and drive decisions.
- Establish cross-curricular literacy initiatives to support reading and writing skills across content areas.
- Increase the integration of evidence-based reading and writing strategies across all live lessons (Online and face to face opportunities)
By June 2026, Pasco eSchool will increase student learning gains by 10% (with a target of 80+% of students) as measured by the Florida School Grade ELA and Math components, by enhancing cognitive, behavioral, and emotional engagement through differentiated instruction and by ensuring the effective implementation of intentional, data-driven Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) to meet the needs of all learners.

- Provide professional development on differentiation strategies that support varied learner profiles.
- Train PLC facilitators/Team Leads using data protocols for analyzing online metrics, discussion-based assessments, and segment exams. In addition, PLC Facilitators/Team Leads and Coaches will use data protocols to examine PM data cycles.
- Implement regular PLC cycles focused on designing, delivering, and reflecting differentiated instruction (Tier 2 interventions/Live Lessons).
- Increase student engagement through student-centered teaching practices during Live Lessons (online and face to face opportunities)
- Monitor PLC effectiveness using district-developed PLC rubric and learning walks.
- Expand access to online/hybrid classroom learning walks focused on student engagement indicators.
- Use student voice and course surveys to inform instructional practices.
By June 2026, Pasco eSchool will increase student learning gains 10% for the lowest 25% (to a target of 80+% of students) as measured by the Florida School Grade ELA and Math components, by enhancing cognitive, behavioral, and emotional engagement through differentiated instruction and by ensuring the effective implementation of intentional, data-driven Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) to meet the needs of all learners.

- Identify and monitor lowest quartile students with individualized data trackers.
- Implement evidence-based intervention programs tailored to the needs of struggling students.
- Offer targeted support for the lowest 25% of students.
- Ensure progress monitoring occurs at least bi-monthly with data-driven intervention adjustments.
- Provide professional learning on scaffolding strategies.
- Developing resiliency and PBIS support in an online setting to enhance behavioral and emotional engagement.
- Facilitate data chats with students to set personal growth goals and reflect on their progress.
By May 2026, Pasco eSchool will increase the percentage of students earning a qualifying score for acceleration by 10%, as measured by the Florida School Grade components, by expanding enrollment in acceleration courses that align with student interests and community workforce needs.

- Conduct (6 – 12 full-time) student interest inventories and community workforce analyses to inform course offerings.
- Explore, expand and maintain dual enrollment, Advanced Placement (AP), AICE, and industry certification programs, as well as increase opportunities for students to take the ASVAB and industry certification exams.
- Implement regular PLC cycles focused on designing, delivering, and reflecting on differentiated instruction for Advanced coursework
- Host student and family information sessions to promote awareness of acceleration opportunities.
- Train school counselors to use predictive data to identify students ready for acceleration.
- Monitor enrollment trends and ensure equitable access for underrepresented student groups.
- Implement early intervention programs to prepare students for success in acceleration courses.
By June 2026, 100% of Pasco eSchool students will have an individualized postsecondary graduation plan that includes meeting all requirements for a Florida high school diploma, as defined by the Florida Department of Education.

- Provide protected time for students to be able to review and revise postsecondary goals, including graduation requirements and endorsements.
- Use Xello or similar platforms to support digital tracking of student plans.
- Align online course scheduling to support students’ postsecondary goals, including graduation requirements and endorsements.
- Increase partnerships with higher education institutions and workforce agencies to provide postsecondary exposure opportunities.
- Regularly monitor graduation plans for on-track indicators and adjust as needed.
By May 2026, 100% of Pasco eSchool teachers facilitating virtual or blended coursework will integrate universal tools or inclusive digital strategies (e.g., closed captioning, digital graphic organizers, screen readers, flexible pacing, scaffolded discussion boards) into their online instruction at least twice per week, as evidenced by LMS analytics, virtual classroom observations, and teacher self-reflections, to enhance student engagement, accessibility, and equity in virtual learning environments.
