Schedule an Appointment with your Teacher

To Request an Appointment

1. Click on your teacher’s name below to schedule an appointment. You may have to place your cursor over the list to scroll down to find your teacher’s name.
2. After you click your teacher’s name, pick an appointment type.
3. Finally, pick a time that your teacher has available and fill out all the info on the form and submit. You and your teacher will receive an email with information about your appointment request.
