Contact Information
Now it is time to update your contact information. Even if you have taken other courses we need you to fill out this form so the teacher of this course will get your contact information. Please add Guardian contact info as well as your own contact info. You will submit a screenshot of the submission success message to complete the assignment. If you are having trouble viewing the form below you can go to the Student Contact Information website directly.
To take a screenshot with a Mac:
- Press Shift-Command (⌘)-3.
- Find the screenshot as a .png file on your desktop.
To take a screenshot with a PC:
- Press the Windows Key and the PrtScn (Print Screen) button.
- A save box will appear. Simply type in a file name for the image where you would like to save it.
Assignment Directions
After this information has been updated you will need to upload a screenshot of the submission success message showing this has been completed. Click the Start Assignment button, upload your file and Submit.
