Summer 2021 PHSC Dual Enrollment Online Registration
This letter is to inform you of an opportunity to take college courses through Pasco Hernando State College as a high school student. Pasco-Hernando State College (PHSC) utilizes an online Dual Enrollment (DE) application/registration process. This process is now open to all eligible and interested students.
Please also note students may only register for Term III (5/11-7/20).
If you are interested in this opportunity, we kindly ask that you read this document in its entirety so that you do not miss any pertinent dates or requirements.
PLEASE NOTE: PHSC requires that students have a cumulative unweighted 3.0 grade point average to be eligible to participate in dual enrollment.
The Summer process is as follows:
- New DE students complete an online application at https://cpnta.phsc.edu/dualapp/(S(pmxaayk5evlgddgzqckkbseo))/english/WDEAI.aspx The deadline for the application is May 5, 2021.
- High School Counselors approve or deny the requests by April 16th. Please note Counselors automatically receive the application for approval/denial only once the student has submitted their application and parent/guardian has completed their digital signature agreeing to the application terms/conditions.
- Students will receive email notification from a PHSC Academic Advisor of approved/denied DE courses tentatively by April 23rd. This email will be sent to each student’s PHSC email address.
- Students log into their PHSC WISE account and register, following the dates and times below, for approved courses. The deadlines indicated above must be met in order to access online registration during the dates and times outlined below. Students who do not meet deadlines may experience a delay in the registration process beyond the initial registration window.

PERT TESTING INFORMATION
For the Summer 2021 Term, students new to Dual Enrollment will have to take the PERT as one of their requirements.
**Students who met eligibility for dual enrollment in the Fall of 2020 through the alternative eligibility methods, but who have not successfully completed a college-level Math or English course will also be required to take and earn the required PERT scores.**

PHSC has in-person testing or remote testing available. Students may register to take the PERT on any campus at https://www2.registerblast.com/phsc/Exam/List.
Any student taking an online course for the first time must take the PHSC online readiness course through Canvas. Click here for more information on how to complete this.
***All DE students must complete the DE orientation in Canvas. Students who have not completed this will have a hold placed on their Summer Registration. Click here for more information on how to complete this.
